Collaborate with the selected operator to improve revenue and deliver on EBITDA target.

Focus on their newly developed 245 key 5-star property.


Key Strategy Implemented

  • Identified the strengths and weaknesses within each commercial structure, as well as the gaps for revenue growth opportunities. Benchmarking hotel performance against designated competitors to establish true market positioning.

  • Created a bespoke reporting pack to provide the owner and stakeholders with a consolidated view of the performance of their asset portfolio, including benchmarking of main KPI’s against industry standards. 

  • Isolated the skill set shortfalls within each team and provided hands-on ongoing support to strengthen individuals, providing sound foundations for strategy delivery and revenue conversion.

  • Effectively engaged with Head Office functions (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Revenue) to capture the essential mechanisms for optimum use of central services, supporting the delivery of the strategy.

  • Active participation in monthly business review with operator and alongside ownership to identify creative ways for total revenue growth.
