Identified the strengths and weaknesses within each commercial structure, as well as the gaps for revenue growth opportunities. Benchmarking hotel performance against designated competitors to establish true market positioning.
Created a bespoke reporting pack to provide the owner and stakeholders with a consolidated view of the performance of their asset portfolio, including benchmarking of main KPI’s against industry standards.
Isolated the skill set shortfalls within each team and provided hands-on ongoing support to strengthen individuals, providing sound foundations for strategy delivery and revenue conversion.
Effectively engaged with Head Office functions (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Revenue) to capture the essential mechanisms for optimum use of central services, supporting the delivery of the strategy.
Active participation in monthly business review with operator and alongside ownership to identify creative ways for total revenue growth.
