The Client needs

Identify the gaps to optimise sales & revenue performance from their cluster team.

Initiate practical changes to optimise GOP conversion.


Key Strategy Implemented

  • Assessment of the performance from selected operator and its central commercial function.

  • Re-structured the central Sales & Marketing function, including the appointment of a new Director of Sales & Marketing.

  • Implementation of new processes within the team leading to the improvement of productivity and efficiency in the use of technology, with enhanced data accuracy level.

  • Re-alignment of the sales targets with financial targets.

  • Re-focus on corporate segments (transient & groups) with re-distribution of accounts and purging of account profiles in Opera PMS.

  • Participation to month-end business reviews alongside ownership and operator.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19 pandemic and travel restrictions put in place, the impact of the final recommendations is based on the initial 3 months following implementation (2019).
